Long time nvr update my blog...did u all wonder where did i go??? haha...
Last few weeks i was busy watching drama...
Last week i went for Choral Festival, which i m going to tell u all more about it now...hehe...hope u all will not get bored by it!
I reli miss the times in choral festival. I miss all the choir members, juniors n seniors. It did feel reli gud to be able to sing with them as a choir again!
1 Heart 1 Voice...i will nvr forget tat.
Although all the choral sessions were tiring, i enjoyed it very much coz all of my friends n all Sam Tet choir members were with me...
I miss u guys so so so much!
Day 1:
Finally, it was 4th of June. I waited for it for such a long time. Chooi Lian, Christina, yixiang, Nai Woon, Ivan and I had to go Medan Gopeng becoz the bus which departed frm school was full. So 6 of us seniors had to go by another bus and we would meet others at Pudu Raya. Most of the journey, 6 of us just slept coz we wanna save energy for Choral Festival. I heard Nai Woon said choir members in another bus were watching movie...aww...i reli felt like joining them...too bad there were not enuf seats for us.
Once we reached there, we had to walk a long way (with those heavy bags) to wait for another bus to take us to us to UM.
The hostel tat we stayed this time was far more better than last year....the toilet was cleaner. There is a bridge which connect the girls n boys dorm, n we all can gather n chit-chat there. Actually, Nai, Ivan n I suppose to stay in "Kolej-9" n we wouldn't wanna stay so far from all the choir members, so we just hv to squeeze into other ppl's room...
After finished getting change, we went to KLPAC for the opening ceremony. Tracy n Joel sang the theme song, "Not Alone Anymore". Both of them sang reli well!!!
After tat we got choral session, then at night when we went back to UM, we practised our songs awhile coz tml we will hv masterclass.
At nite, xiang, nai, ivan n me chat in the room while sleeping. Nai kept on talking to us coz he didn't want us to sleep faster than him...then dunno talk till wat time...all of us slept...lol
Day 2:
Wake up at about 6.45am...then went to the cafeteria to hv breakfast.
Then, we went to KLPAC...choral session...sectional practises...
Our tenor sectional leader, Tyler, he is a great singer...great voice!!!
Our tutor Andre is cool too! funny guy...
It was reli tiring...learn songs all the time...sing sing sing...
Then it was time for our masterclass...we sang til the song going flat...especially Ave Maria. Before our masterclass, all of us felt very tension n nai woon nearly wanna scold ppl ady coz we reli couldn't sing so well. It would be just a waste becoz after all the practises, we didn't wanna ruin this opportunity...but...everything went well...erm...i think so...@.@
At nite, there was a concert by La Voce n Dithyrambic! I like their performance very much! Reli impressed me! Especially the "cats" performance...singing muscial Cats medley...lol...i wonder do i hv the chance to join this kinda choir? Dithyrambic's "Suriram" also very nice....
I update till here 1st la...still got many things to write but i wanna go watch tv now...haha...
